Using ParkTheBag
These Terms of Service govern your use of ParkTheBag, a free online luggage-storage directory and comparison website. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ParkTheBag.
ParkTheBag is operated by Johnny Andersen. ParkTheBag does not operate luggage-storage premises, accept luggage, take bookings, process payments or provide storage customer support.

1. Directory service and affiliates
ParkTheBag helps visitors discover luggage-storage locations near transit hubs and attractions. We link to independent booking partners such as Bounce, Stasher and Radical Storage.
Booking links may contain an affiliate identifier. If you complete a booking after following one of our links, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.
Clicking a listing does not create a booking contract with ParkTheBag. Any booking contract is formed under the terms of the selected booking provider and, where applicable, its storage host.
2. Listings, estimates and ordering
Listings are presented using information in our location dataset, including provider, price, hours, rating, coordinates and area. Prices may be estimates, may be shown in a converted currency and may exclude provider fees, insurance or taxes.
The default list follows the supplied directory data. Filters can limit results by opening status, 24/7 access or rating. When you use Near Me, listings are ordered by calculated straight-line distance from the location supplied by your browser; this is not a guaranteed walking route or travel time.
Affiliate commission is not currently used as a parameter for the default listing order. A booking partner may still change its own prices, availability, ranking or terms after you leave ParkTheBag.
3. Partner bookings and property
The storage partner is responsible for the booking, payment, check-in, storage service, host, cancellation terms, bag-size rules, insurance or protection and customer support.
ParkTheBag is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property, missed travel, denied access, a closed location, incorrect partner information, refund decisions, insurance claims or service failures caused by a partner or host.
Raise booking, refund, insurance and storage-service disputes directly with the partner and the relevant host. Their terms and privacy notice apply to the booking and any information you provide on their website.
4. Information accuracy
We work to keep the directory useful, but information can change without notice. Opening-status labels are calculated from supplied opening-hours data and may be wrong when a host changes its schedule or provides incomplete information.
Check the partner's booking page for the final price, availability, opening hours, bag restrictions, insurance, cancellation terms and location details before travelling or paying.
5. Acceptable use
You may use ParkTheBag for lawful personal research and to follow genuine booking links. You must not use the site to commit a crime, harm another person, interfere with its operation, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or send automated requests that overload the service.
You must not systematically scrape, copy, republish, sell or redistribute the directory, its structured data or its interfaces for a competing service without written permission. This does not restrict ordinary browsing, lawful quotation, search-engine crawling that follows our robots instructions or rights that cannot legally be restricted.
6. Content and intellectual property
ParkTheBag's original code, design, written copy, selection structure and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These rights remain with ParkTheBag or its licensors.
Factual information about businesses, partner names, map data, map tiles, photographs, trademarks and logos may belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to ParkTheBag.
OpenStreetMap data and tiles, and external images, remain subject to their respective licences and provider terms.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or remove pages, listings, features or the site itself. We do not promise that ParkTheBag will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components, although we take reasonable steps to operate it securely.
We may update these terms when the service, law or business changes. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Changes apply prospectively from publication and do not remove mandatory rights.
8. Liability and consumer rights
ParkTheBag provides a free directory and referral service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude responsibility for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the directory or a third-party booking.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, deliberate misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These terms do not remove or reduce mandatory consumer rights. If you use ParkTheBag as a consumer, the law of your habitual residence may provide protections that cannot be taken away by contract.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to consumers under the laws of their country of residence.
The Irish courts may hear disputes concerning ParkTheBag, but this does not prevent a consumer from bringing proceedings in another court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
